Is it ethical or unethical?
On Danna's blog, you can see a post called "Analysis". There you are able to know about the issue happened at KIMEP (Kazakhstan Institute of management, economics and strategic research). The issue was about the letter written by five former professors of KIMEP to the president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev. In the opposition newspaper "Republic", the letter and answers of the president of KIMEP, Chan Young Bang, to the editor's questions.
